Programs
A pathway, not a schedule.
Our programs are not just activities — they're a social development pathway: predictable participation → rules and teamwork → confidence and leadership → greater independence in community life.
Predictable Participation
Show up. Follow the routine. Belong.
Rules & Teamwork
Learn the game. Trust the crew.
Confidence & Leadership
Own a role. Help a teammate.
Independence
Plan the route. Go on your own.
Community Resource Use
Meadowvale Parkrun: Practice independence in a real community system
Every Saturday 5K is more than fitness. Athletes learn how to use a personal barcode check-in system, follow public routines, manage pacing, and build a sustainable personal training plan — with support that fades as confidence grows.

Social Collaboration Training
Dragon boating: Learn teamwork through rhythm, rules, and execution
Mixed-ability teams (e.g., Team C and Team D) train under clear coaching cues — "sit tall, arms long, enter together, follow the rhythm." Older youth practice rule-following, communication, and coordinated effort in a real team environment — turning "I can" into "we can."

Friday Evening Training
Friday Gym: Comprehensive multi-sport training
Weekly Friday evening sessions run from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM across two courts. A dynamic, multi-sport inclusive environment featuring air volleyball, pickleball, roller skating, and more promotes cross-training, social engagement, and active fun.
Accessible Skill-Building
Air Volleyball Clinic and Game Play: Accessible skill-building & match practice
Targeted instruction and structured game play use lighter, adaptable air volleyball rules and equipment. The focus is building reaction timing, hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and confidence in a low-pressure, inclusive setting.
