We welcome Grades 9–12 students and community volunteers to support youth with dignity, encouragement, and consistency.
Your Role
Be a Buddy: Clear role, real impact.
- Provide supportive companionship during sessions and help clarify routines
- Encourage communication and teamwork (empowerment, not control)
- Work with coaches to maintain safety, dignity, and positive culture
What You'll Receive

Requirements
- • High school students (Grades 9–12)
- • Positive, result-oriented attitude
- • Enjoy sports & outdoor activities
- • Able to complete a 5K in about 40 minutes
- • Willing to build friendships and support youth with special needs
