Designed for neurodivergent youth, special needs individuals, and their families — inclusive sports, specialized brain training, educational pathways, financial planning, and provincial support systems for a smooth transition toward independent adulthood.

Sports & Volunteer Mentorship
Sports & Social Inclusion Platforms
Tailored athletic and recreational frameworks fostering social integration, mentorship, and physical well-being for youth aged 13–19.
1.AbleVolley Youth Alliances & ESSA REP Team Inclusive Volleyball
- Target Audience: Youth aged 13–19.
- Core Offerings: Tiered neuro-inclusive volleyball curriculum (foundational skills, social integration, and competitive training). Promoting "Unified Sports" through mentorship with the ESSA REP team to build athletic confidence and peer socialization in safe, professional environments.
- Venues: High school gymnasiums and premier beach volleyball facilities (UTM, Huron Park, Meadowvale Community Centre, Mohawk College, Mississauga Canoe Club).
2.Higher Education & Community Partners
- UTM (University of Toronto Mississauga): Higher education outreach, campus accessibility sports resource alignment.
- Mohawk College & Huron Park / Meadowvale: Local educational pathways, youth skill development, and community athletic facility access.
- Air Volleyball Association & Mississauga Canoe Club: Expanding youth recreational horizons and fostering outdoor sports participation across the community.

Brain Training & Neurotherapy
Neurofeedback & Cognitive Brain Training
Specialized clinical and evidence-based brain training programs to improve focus, emotional balance, stress resilience, and peak performance.
1.ADD Centre (Mississauga & Toronto)
- Target Audience: Children, students, professionals, and youth managing ADHD, anxiety, learning difficulties, or post-concussion recovery.
- Core Offerings: Evidence-based neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback), brain mapping (QEEG), cognitive testing, and personalized training programs designed to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and build stress resilience. Available in-person in Mississauga and Toronto, as well as virtually.

Financial & Long-Term Planning
Essential financial planning and government support to ease long-term care and economic responsibilities for youth and families (ages 18+).
1.Disability Tax Credit (DTC)
- Core Content: Assisting eligible youth and families in applying for non-refundable tax credits with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to alleviate long-term medical and living expenses.
2.Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) & Special Grants
- RDSP: A long-term savings and investment plan designed for individuals with disabilities, featuring government matching grants (CDSG) and bonds (CDSB).
- Specialized Grants: Including the Sophia Fund (targeted therapy and rehabilitation support) and Ceridian Cares (community support for living, accessibility, or recreational needs).

Provincial Adult Services · Developmental Hubs
Adult Transition & Support Systems
Guiding youth as they turn 18 and step into adulthood, connecting them with provincial support systems and adult developmental services.
1.Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
- Target Audience: Eligible adults aged 18 and older.
- Core Offerings: Financial assistance for basic living needs, prescription drugs, vision care, and employment supports to foster economic independence.
2.Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)
- Core Content: The single access point and application hub for adult developmental services, including community participation supports, residential settings, and day programs.

1.Access 2 Card & Transit Partnerships
- Core Content: Facilitating barrier-free access and social inclusion across participating entertainment, cultural, recreational venues, and transit systems, ensuring free or discounted admission for support persons.

We map AbleVolley training and meet-up points in Mississauga to help youth plan routes, estimate travel time, and reduce uncertainty. For many youth, "getting there independently" is a meaningful step toward independence.
